Studio is easily reached from anywhere in the state.

From
I-91 South (Hartford Area) Take Exit 15 (Durham-Yalesville).
At end of ramp – turn left and go over the highway.
This is Rte.68. Stay on 68 and you will come to a
stop sign. Bear left. You will still be on 68 and
will pass Tilcon Traprock Plant. Stay on 68 until
you reach a traffic light (appx. 5 miles). At the
light turn right onto Main Street and right again
into the first driveway (Curtis Studio).
From
I-91 North (New Haven) Take exit 15 (Durham-Yalesville).
At end of ramp turn right onto Rte 68 and follow the
directions above.
From
I-84 (Waterbury area) to 691 East. Take 691 East to
I-91 South and follow the directions above from (Hartford
area)
From
Rte 9 North or South Take exit 11 (Randolph
Road). At end of ramp turn left onto Randolph Road.
Stay on Randolph until it intersects with Rte. 17.
Turn left onto Rte. 17 and travel appx. 4 miles to
Durham. As you come into town you will see a DB Mart/gas
station on your right. There are two traffic lights
together at that intersection. Go straight through
those lights. Further down Main Street you will come
to another Traffic light, go through that light and
turn right into a very first driveway past that light
(75 feet past that intersection – Curtis Studio).
From
Rte 79 or 77 (Clinton, Guilford, Madison) Take
Rte 79 or 77 North to Durham Where they intersect with
Rte 17. Once on Rte 17 go past the Dari Serve, Town
Green, and Library and down a small hill. You will see
a school on your right. Just past the school parking
area there is a blinking light. Curtis Studio is on
your left just past the blinking light but before the
regular traffic light at Rte 68.
From
Rte 17 North (Branford, New Haven, Northford)
Take Rte 17 north to Durham to the intersections of
Rte 77 and 79 and follow the directions from Rte 77/79
above.
Curtis
Studio is a natural wood house with red trim. The studio
is located in the red barn in back of the house. When
you get close, please drive slowly so you don’t
miss us. See you soon.
